The Gifts of Imperfect Intuitive Eating

Do you struggle with self-image? Are you hard on yourself? Do you hope for more joy in life?

The Gifts of Imperfect Intuitive Eating is a 12-week, in-person, guided deep-dive into what holds us back. Together, we will examine the tools needed to live life with less regret, and more compassion, joy, and strength.

This course seeks to answer the following questions:

How do we live wholeheartedly in regard to our bodies and food?
How do we accept and honor our unique bodies?
How do we reject dangerous diets, stop battling ourselves and learn to treat ourselves with love and compassion?

Upon completion, you will have learned many tools and techniques to cultivate more love and compassion while applying the Intuitive Eating principles that inherently embrace imperfection. You will be able to give yourself grace to learn, instead of perfect, and forgive mistakes as they come. Best of all, you’ll be able to give yourself permission to eat and enjoy food!

Join us, as we embark on this journey together and strive to be wholehearted in the way we treat ourselves, our bodies, and the foods we eat!
