Rhonda Kildea founded New Horizons Counseling Center in 2004 out of a desire to increase the quality of mental health care in Southern Nevada and to help people find peace with their bodies and themselves. We help patients with different needs with care specific to their unique situations. Our website shares information and insights about who we are, what we do, and how we can help.

How We Can Help
Individual Counseling/Psychotherapy

We offer one-on-one counseling designed to help you tackle life’s most difficult challenges, discover your true dreams and goals in life and deal with the obstacles that are standing in your way.

Family Counseling

Family relationships can be the most important relationships in our lives as well as the most strained and conflicted. Families can be torn apart by illness, divorce, or other problems that create conflict and stress. Family counseling can help to resolve this stress.

EMDR psychotherapy is an information processing therapy and uses an eight phase approach to address the symptoms of a wide range of psychological pathologies.

Seminars, Workshops and Retreats

We have led a wide variety of seminars and workshops with various topics. Please call for availability.

Clinical Supervision

Interested in specialized training in treating eating disorders, depression, and anxiety? We provide supervision to those clinicians who are in training to become licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada.

Additional Services

The skilled, compassionate and experienced team at New Horizons Counseling Center can also help with anxiety, eating disorders, depression and many other challenges.
