I am here to support you in determining and living your truth. I hope to assist you in developing tools that are effective and necessary for all of life’s obstacles and challenges. I hope to cultivate a space that allows for vulnerability, reflection, and challenging of self.
I have experience working with families, couples, adults, and adolescents/children to engage in healing from eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults to build resiliency and provide them a space to safely discover who they are.
My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship that will allow for emotional availability, honesty, and accountability. I look forward to the opportunity to get to hear your experience and be part of your therapeutic journey.
