Making the decision to begin therapy is a huge step, but I truly believe that therapy can change your life for the better! Yes, therapy can be challenging and emotional, but the effort you put in comes back to you in so many ways. While I am a new therapist in the field, I believe that I offer a down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and relaxed approach to therapy.
If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, family problems, couple/marital conflict, or just feel like you need some help in certain areas of your life, I am here to help. I work with a wide range of clients, and am sensitive and caring to everyone’s differences and backgrounds.
While it can be uncomfortable and even a bit daunting to begin therapy, my goal is to make you feel safe, understood, and validated. I truly strive to create a relaxed and inviting space for you to explore your therapy goals. I am your co-pilot, and I am here to help you navigate 🙂
