Teyha Bahe
Teyha Bahe is an MFT-Intern, a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Teyha earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and is completing her clinical internship hours while providing therapeutic services. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), helping clients work through trauma while building stronger coping skills and greater self-understanding.
Teyha’s approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and insight-oriented. She integrates Collaborative Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients identify emotional patterns, better understand their internal experiences, and shift cycles that contribute to distress. She works with individuals, couples, and children, with a special interest in young adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges. Teyha believes therapy is a collaborative process, but meaningful change happens when clients actively engage in creating their own solutions. She provides a warm and supportive space while offering clear direction and thoughtful challenge, helping clients strengthen emotional awareness and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
